Israel Shoots Down Iranian Built Drone

Sep 20, 2017

On the same day that President Trump was calling on the United Nations to get tougher on Iran the Israeli military shot down an unmanned drone that was launched from Syria and was nearing the border of Israel. The drone was one manufactured by the Iranians who then gave to the terrorist group Hezbollah that is supported by Iran.

Israel used a Patriot missile to take down the drone. The Patriot anti-missile system was developed by the United States, and has been used by Israel before to shoot down missiles fired at the country by its enemies.
