After a second arrest of a suspect in the recent terrorist bombing of an underground railroad in London Great Britain has lowered its threat level. There were a number of injuries in the attack, but fortunately no deaths since the homemade bomb caused a fire, but did not completely detonate. This was the fifth terrorist attack in the country in the last six months that have killed a total of 35 people.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack. This may or may not be true, but the second person arrested is a Syrian refugee. The investigation is continuing with the police raiding the home of two elderly people who are long time foster parents and specialized in refugee children.
