North Korea Claims Test of Hydrogen Bomb

Sep 4, 2017

North Korea’s dictator Kim Jong Un claims that his country has successfully tested a hydrogen bomb, a weapon far more powerful than an ordinary atomic bomb. The regime is also claiming that the bomb is small enough to be placed on an intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) that we know the North Korean military has.

Seismic activity detected in North Korea has apparently confirmed the test. This dramatically increases the threats of North Korea using one or more missiles to attack the United States or our allies, or selling the weapons to another rogue nation like Iran or terrorist groups like ISIS.
