Comey Prepared Statement Exonerating Clinton Months Ahead of Time

Sep 1, 2017

Former FBI director James Comey apparently prepared the statement exonerating Hillary Clinton and deciding not to prosecute her months before he actually delivered it to the press and public. According to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley (R-IA) this information was developed through interviews with former Comey aides. He and other members of the committee have requested more information and documents from the new FBI director Christopher Wray.

If true, the decision not to prosecute Clinton was a political decision made while the investigation was still going on.
