NYPD Boycots Dunkin’ Donuts

Aug 8, 2017

Last week an employee at a Dunkin’ Donuts shop in New York refused service to two cops, saying, “I don’t serve cops.” Now the New York Police Department is boycotting all Dunkin’ Donuts stores in New York City. Michael Palladino, president of a police labor union, said what the employee did was “disgraceful and it should not go unattended.” The union president also pointed out that Mayor de Blasio had created a hostile atmosphere towards police in New York City. Dunkin’ Donuts has apologized personally to the officers. Yet the boycott is underway.
